Our mushrooms are grown by our family and team north of Sedro-Woolley Washington in Skagit county. We grow organically, but are not currently certified organic. We use no fungicides or pesticides to treat any stage of our substrate or mushroom production. We source most of our inputs locally. We grow our mushrooms between two farms, a production farm to pasteurize, inoculate, and incubate the substrate blocks, and a fruiting farm where the mushrooms are grown, harvested, and distributed to wholesale accounts and farmers markets. We undertake every stage of our production, from the beginnings with culture and spawn work, to the finished bulk substrate block production and fruiting.
